Corporate Social Responsibility – NLP Minerals India Pvt. Ltd.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives is an integral part of NLP Group’s philosophy and culture. We always strive to work towards the better quality of life and social well-being of communities at large.
Our key focus area in CSR activities are towards Education & Employability, Health care and Focus towards farming.

Technical Education – We have set up a computer centre near mines with the help of Local NGO and educate and train youth in order to enhance their skills. This also helps them in landing a better job and improve their quality of life.

Healthcare - We organize a general health check-up camp and blood donation camp every quarter for our employees and their families. Our aim is to provide healthcare, medical facilities, infrastructural facilities, make available safe drinking water and create health awareness among common masses of our communities.

Scientific farming- NLP Group has formed a core team which ensure to educate local tribal about scientific farming and ensure maximum utilization of our resources for scientific farming. Many of our farmers has been awarded “Kishan Ratna” award from Govt. of India.

As part of our responsibility towards environment and “Mother Earth”, we have distributed more than 10000 plants in our community through our group company.

We are also helping our bit towards fighting recent Covid-19 and contributed to PM Care fund and CM care fund. Our team is tirelessly working to ensure that no one sleeps hungry in this difficult time.

We have also distributed more than 10000 Sanitizer bottles to health workers, Cleaners, and other essential service providers.
